Today I really have a headache and I don't really know why. (I just thought I'd share that.)

I meet lots of people who love journals but don't necessarily know what to write about. (About what to write.) This weeks topic is about writing down quotes. Do you do this? I do sometimes. Maybe you would like to email me or share a quote that you really like best.

How to journal about quotes:

Write down interesting quotes or lines from books, magazines, and songs and explore them in your journal. Pick quotes that resonate with you and find out why they have such a powerful effect. A good way way to start is to ask yourself questions, such as:

1. What does this quote remind me of?
2. How does this quote make me feel?
3. Do I agree or disagree with this quote? Why?

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts! Happy writing!

  1. Thanks for the invite!
My fave quote is "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent" by Eleanor Roosevelt! This one makes me feel stronger and I always think of the first Princess Diaries movie because that is where I first heard it and loved it.
